I signed into the institution voluntarily to work on my alcohol addiction. One thing I noticed about this facility is that there is way too much crowd every day. Even though the staff and counselors were excellent and helpful, I somehow felt they were overburdened and were going through the chores. I think they should open one more center so that the crowd decreases and counselors can help the client in a much better way.

By the age of 19, I had turned into an alcoholic and not a day passed when I did not gulp down around 5 to 10 shots or few glasses of wine or a six-pack. Fearing for my life, my parents forced me to get myself admitted here. Initially, I was not able to adjust and would get very crabby and grumpy and shout, but as days passed, I was able to rein in my emotions and block out thoughts that would lead me to alcohol in the first place. Five years on, I have turned sober and plan to remain sober for eternity.

I had signed into this facility and was undergoing a program for opiate addiction when it was brought to my notice that they would not cover my insurance. Not sure what to do, I called my family who talked to the management, and it turns out the problem was more of a technical issue. All sorted out, I was able to continue my program and have graduated out of the program very successfully and have been opiate free for past five years.

This center is crowded all the time. I had signed into Realization Center to overcome my anxiety related issues. Boy, is the place crowded. I sometimes felt one entire suburb of NYC would have been in that center. But the treatment given at the center was excellent. The counselors helped me understand why I was becoming anxious in the first place and offered me therapies to address the issues.

I was admitted to this facility after being Baker Acted by police for DUI. Instead, the counselor worked with me to chart out my recovery. Thanks to the center, I have cut back on alcohol and always hire a cab whenever I go out for late night parties. I even met the police officer to thank him for Baker Acting me.

Staff at Realization Center is fantastic. I signed into this institution voluntarily to overcome depression and suicidal tendencies. The team worked very meticulously with me and thanks to them I was able to block out depressive thoughts, which helped me in focusing on more positive aspects of my life. I have not had any depressive thoughts or suicidal ideations for more than two years now.

I became an opiate addict after I was started on pain medications following a severe accident. Even though my doctors tried to wean me away from it, I used to take it in high quantities. Worried, my doctor Baker Acted me and sent me to this center, and I can’t thank him enough. I was offered a new reason to live, and I was able to block out pain thoughts. While I continue the opiates, it is under stringent control and thanks to the stint at the center, I might end up not using any drugs in the near future.
