Operated by Serafina Women’s Services, a CODAC Behavioral Health Services division, this residential program offers treatment services for parenting, pregnant or postpartum women, including criminal justice and financially-challenged clients. The center also helps women who are seeking re-custody of their children.

The Las Amigas Program offers a total of 21 beds. Residents stay in a small house, and each resident shares the dorm-style room with another woman having a child of the same age group. The rooms are furnished with beds, small beds for children or cribs, dressers, and closets. Residents can watch TV during specified hours during weekdays and weekends. The use of cell phones is prohibited, but residents can stay in touch with their families and loved ones with payphone privileges.
Residents cook breakfast and lunch in the kitchen provided in residence. The food is prepared from a staff-provided menu, which ensures that all nutritional guidelines are met. Dinners are a communal event, and residents prepare dinner on a rotation basis.
